A new tourist spot set up in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is garnering attention from all over the place. In the Cherat hill station of the province, Sky Bridge company launched a new exciting and adventurous Zipline which is claimed to be South Asia’s longest zip line.
According to the officials; Muhammad Islam Khan Assistant Director (INF) to Chief Secretary KP, on his Twitter account @Kamunicationist, said, “Sky Bridge Zipline is South Asia’s Longest Zipline, located at the ridge line of Khattak Range overlooking the wild forest of Cherat, picturesque view of Mir Kalan, Maruba, Ameeru, Garu, Nizampur villages of Khwarra valley to the east and a glimpse of Saleh Khana – Jallozai to the west. It’s the longest zip line in south Asia.”

Its total length is 1.6 km, with 0.8 km each way. This zip line runs 300 meters above the Khwarra valley of Nowshera below. The zip line people allow kids as old as 5 years to ride the line too. From the jump-off point, you can see all of Attock towards East and Peshawar Westwards.
